Joel Bray
Born of a collaboration between artists Joel Bray and James Wright, Giraru Galing Ganhagirri was commissioned by Hetti Perkins for the National Gallery of Australia’s Indigenous Art Triennial. Shot on Joel’s ancestral Wiradjuri Country, this poetic multi-screen video work invites the viewer to meditate on the ancientness of Country and the endless cycles of water and rain.
In this fundraiser extension of that project, Bray offers a limited edition series of Fine Art Prints captured from the video work. Your purchase will help Joel Bray Dance build Victoria’s First Nations Dance Company.
Each limited edition printed on 310gsm archival cotton rag, signed by the artists and offered unframed. (Framing can be arranged by negotiation).
